‘Sarah’ is a fabulous short mini dress which has a halter-style V-style plunging neckline. Sequins, beads and diamante embellishment decorate from beneath the bust line, and continue around the ruched waistband. Tiers of Silk fabric with sculptured prim flowers add to this darling skirt, you can also choose to wear the simple silk flowing flexi skirt for a completely new look.
